Positive: This place is paradise. It is the most beautiful and perfect holiday base for this part of Italy. Really easy to get to from Pisa airport, could do with a hire car as is quite isolated but easy enough to find with phone sat nav and places to park. It is like a slice of heaven. Travelled as 6 girlfriends for a birthday celebration. The property is large and well maintained. The views are spectacular. We felt like we were in a dream. Endless amenities, two kitchens, lots of bathrooms. The pool overlooking the Tuscan hills is divine. Little things like a fridge near the pool to keep drinks cool, top quality linen for the beds. Fantastic host who couldn't do enough for us and solved little issues very easily. I don't want to say too much as this is a hidden secret and want to keep it for myself... can't recommend enough
